Signature Jewelry BY FA (Signature Jewellery By FA) owns and operates this website. This document governs your relationship with (Signature Jewellery By FA) (“Website”). Access to and use of this website and the items and services available throughout (collectively, the “Services”) are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (the “Terms of Service”). By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service, as may be updated by us from time to time. In addition, you are representing that you are making a purchase for items for your own personal use and not for resale.
SECTION1 – TERMS OF SALE
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
In order to contract with (Signature Jewellery By FA) if you are underage, you must have supervision under your family member card holder or any other payment gateway solution debit or credit card. (Signature Jewellery By FA) retains the right to refuse any request made by you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The costs of products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
(a) View Cart
The view cart shows the items added to the cart along with the item details. You can update the entered quantity, remove it altogether from the shopping cart or even empty the entire cart too. If you are done with your shopping, click on the Checkout button to check out of the shop or continue shopping.
(b) Check Out
When you are finished with shopping, click on the Check Out button. The checkout page will give you the value of each of the items that you have purchased along with the taxes (if available) on it. Next, select the mode of delivery of the items (for item sales only) and the shipping address. Shipping charges are then calculated and added to the item values. As a final step, select your payment method. If credit card is your chosen option, the order value will be charged to your credit card. Click on the ‘Confirm Order’ button to confirm your order. Your order will be created and an email will be sent to you with the order details.
Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been dispatched and you have been sent a confirmation email, the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.
(d) Prices; Shipping and Handling Charges
All prices do not include charges for shipping and handling, for sales/use taxes, and for other government required fees. Separate charges will be shown on the order acknowledgement for each applicable order. Overseas deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by customer. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local Customs officer for further information. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full dollar amount.
(e) TAX & IMPORT FEES NOT INCLUDED.
Signature Jewelry will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local Customs officer for further information.

Shipping – We use DHL worldwide, within Bahrain and selected GCC countries we may use alternate suppliers. Our aim is to get your order to you as fast and cost effective as possible, so we use suppliers who can deliver on this only.
STEP1 –Place the item(s) in original packaging. Make sure that before you enclose and seal the items, the packaging is complete with original invoices and return it within 7 days from the date you received the item.
STEP2 – Ship the item with return label provided by the Shipping Company and securely affix your return label to the outside of the shipping package.
STEP3 – Once we received and approved the item as a legitimate return, for refund request, you will receive an email confirmation and your purchase will be refunded against the payment method originally used. It may take 10-15 working days to reflect in your bank.
The company will be responsible for arranging to have the item(s) returned to us against the courier (DHL) we used for shipping the item(s). Neither item is in good condition, has no damage nor issue, the consignee will be responsible in paying the shipping fee or if duty is assessed in your package.
In the event of failure to return any item(s) to us within the time limits stated, even though validly canceled through emails and chat, we reserve the right to charge any cost of recovery of the item(s) and you will of course be notified accordingly.

To return an item to us for exchange, please follow the procedure detailed above.
In the event of failure to return any item to us within the time limits stated, even though validly canceled through emails or chat, we reserve the right to charge additional cost of recovery of the item(s).
- The return is possible only if the product is of incorrect size, received damaged or defective.
- The products should be new or in unused condition. It should not have any scratches, marks or damage with all the original packaging and materials included.
If the item has been resized, altered or damaged, we won’t be able to offer the exchange and will have to return it to the customer at the customer’s expense.
- In case of ring size replacement, we will ship the desired ring size. One way shipping cost has to be borne by the customer.

- Pack the product and ship it to the address stated in point 4 below with the original gift box. It is advised that the return packets should be adequately packed and the gift box should be with a protective cover or bubble wrap so that there are no further damage of goods in transit.

SECTION 1 – INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless(Signature Jewellery By FA), its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use of this Website of your breach of these Terms of Service.
SECTION 2 – INVALIDITY
If any part of the Terms of Service is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you), the Enforceability of any other part of the Terms of Service will not be affected. All other clauses remaining in full force and effect. As far as possible, where any clause/sub-clause or part of a clause/sub-clause can be severed to render the remaining part valid, the clause shall be interpreted accordingly. Alternatively, you agree that the clause shall be rectified and interpreted in such a way that closely resembles the original meaning of the clause/sub-clause as is permitted by law.
SECTION 3 – COMPLAINTS
We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise. Please let us know if you have any complaints or comments.
SECTION 4 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and (Signature Jewellery By FA). Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of (Signature Jewellery By FA).

We ship most international packages via DHL or as specified. Shipping fees are calculated on an approximate basis, and the difference is covered by us. No additional charges will apply to you if your order was shipped in multiple parcels

SIGNATURE JEWELRY allows you to place an Order 24/7 but here are some conditions you need to consider:
Orders placed after 12pm Sundays to Thursdays will ship the next business day.
Orders placed on Thursday after 12pm to Saturdays will be processed and will ship on Sunday.
