PRODUCT CARE
We all love our jewellery so to ensure you have them happily ever after, you must learn what to avoid and how to care for your precious metals, diamonds and natural gemstones with the following care instruction:
STORAGE
Proper storage is as important as cleaning.
Protect gold jewellery from scratching by storing it safely in a jewellery box wrapped in a soft cloth separately.
GOLD
To help protect the durability and high-quality of your jewellery, we suggest the following:
Remove your jewellery when you shower, bathe or engage in heavy exercise, particularly when swimming in the sea or a chlorinated swimming pool.
Repeated exposure to chemicals can weaken gold’s structure, eventually leading to breakage.
Avoid chemicals, including chlorine.
Clean gold jewellery by using a cleaning solution of soap, lukewarm water and rinse in clean water.
Ensure to dry and polish with a soft cloth.
GEMSTONES CARE
Our gemstones are natural and can be vulnerable to absorbing dirt and to chipping.
To clean transparent crystalline gemstones, simply soak them in water with a touch of gentle soap.
If necessary, use a soft toothbrush to scrub behind the stone.
PEARL CARE
Pearls are organic and sensitive, so to preserve your pearls radiance, we suggest the following:
For routine care, it is best to wipe pearls with a very soft cloth after each wearing.
Avoid wearing pearls in chlorinated or hot soapy water.
Avoid contact with chemicals such as hairspray or perfumes as it will cause serious damage.
If pearls are exposed to the above, wipe over with a soft cloth to remove the residue.
Avoid storing pearls for a long time. Pearls need a little moisture to avoid drying out.
